Step 1: Find Products

Paste a product URL into the Joyagoo search bar, or simply search using keywords or images. You can browse listings from platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, Yupoo, and Weidian.

If a direct search doesn’t work (for example with Yupoo, WeChat shops, or Xianyu listings), you can use the “DIY Order” feature to manually submit product information and place your order.

Step 2: Submit Your Order

Choose your preferred style, size, color, and quantity. Then add the item to your cart or proceed directly to checkout.

Step 3: Complete Payment

Pay for the order using your selected payment method. This includes the product cost plus any domestic shipping fees within China.

Note: Payments are forwarded to the seller. Any returns or exchanges are handled between the buyer and seller, while Joyagoo may assist as a communication intermediary if needed.

Step 4: Order Processing (Processing → Purchased)

After payment, your order status will initially show as “Processing.” Joyagoo staff will then purchase the item on your behalf. Once the purchase is confirmed, the status updates to “Purchased,” and you can request updates anytime.

Step 5: Seller Dispatch (Shipped by Seller)

When the seller ships the item, the status changes to “Shipped by Seller.” The package is then on its way to the Joyagoo warehouse, which typically takes a few days, though delays can occur. Support can help track progress if necessary.

Step 6: Warehouse Arrival & Quality Check (Arrived → QC Completed)

Once the item arrives at the warehouse, Joyagoo performs a quality inspection and uploads QC photos to your order page for review.

You have 5 days after QC to request a return or exchange. After this period, eligibility depends on the seller’s return policy.

Step 7: Free Storage Period (Stored)

Your items can be stored in the warehouse free of charge for up to 90 days. If needed, extended storage is available for an additional fee.

Step 8: Package Creation & International Shipping

When you are ready to ship, select your items, enter delivery details, choose a shipping method, and pay for international delivery.

• Submit Parcel: Pay an estimated shipping cost first; the final amount is adjusted after packing

• Rehearsal Shipping: Pay a 20 CNY fee for pre-packaging and a more precise shipping estimate

Optional services like reinforced packaging, repacking, or insurance can also be added before shipping.

Step 9: Coupons & Final Shipping Cost

Apply available discount coupons to reduce shipping expenses (only one coupon per order).

Shipping fees depend on package weight, size, destination, and courier. Final charges may be adjusted after packing, with differences either refunded or billed.

Step 10: Track Your Shipment

Use your account’s tracking section to monitor delivery progress in real time.

Important: International shipping may face delays, customs inspections, taxes, or rare risks such as loss or damage. Joyagoo cannot control logistics or customs but offers support when issues arise. Insurance options are available for added protection.

Step 11: Delivery & Feedback

After receiving your parcel, you can leave a review or click “Claim Reward” on the product or order page if any rewards are available.
